3 Rockfish filets, 6-8 ounces each
1 whole head garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
¼ cup Cleo’s Tangerine Aged Balsamic
¼ cup Cleo’s Antica Caroli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for searing
Freshly ground pepper
In a medium-sized bowl, marinate the rockfish fillets in tangerine balsamic, extra-virgin olive oil, and garlic. After the fillets have soaked in the marinade for 10 minutes, sear the fillets in olive oil in a medium-sized pan until cooked through. Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste.
