1/2 cup Cleo's Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Katz Zinfandel Red Wine Vinegar
1-1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp NY Steak Chef’s Salt
1-1/2 pounds flank steak
In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and NY Steak Chef’s Salt. Place meat in a shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over the steak, turning meat to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
Oil the grill grate. Place steak on grill and discard to marinade. Grill meat for 5-7 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Slice the steak diagonally against the grain.
