Ecologica La Olivilla is a cooperative in the Sierra de Cazorla natural park of Spain. Their objective is to offer a combination of environmental stewardship and production of the highest quality olive oils.
This premium quality Spanish organic olive oil is produced using the most avant-garde organic and biodynamic farming techniques. It contains the highest quality green Picual olives, harvested at optimum ripeness and cold extracted within hours.
Clear presence of tomato plant and banana, as well as artichoke and fig tree aromas. The oil exhibits fruitiness of medium ripe green olives with hints of olive tree leaves. The bitterness and pepperiness are very close in terms of intensity which is medium. In the mouth it has a soft first taste. Well structured and persistent.
Opened: best used within 12 months.
